Estate Agent Branch Manager - Stroud - up to £35k basic £50k package Plus Car Allowance

My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with multiple branches across the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire area. They run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported - the role is best suited to someone that has Estate Agency experience and is a competent and confident valuer and lister and who can also manage their sales through to completion to a high standard enhancing their strong reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, conducting property valuations, and implementing strategies to generate new business. This role is pivotal in driving the branch's performance and achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Conduct property valuations
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive branch performance.
  • Stay informed on local property market trends and regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Estate Agency is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and winning valuations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
