Job Title: Short-Term Temporary French Teacher
Location: Stroud
Duration: Immediate start, end date unknown
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced French Teacher to support a Stroud based school on a short-term, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, fostering a love for the French language and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for KS3 and KS4 French.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Support students in achieving their learning goals and preparing for assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in French education.
- Strong knowledge of KS3 and KS4 French curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
