As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging physical education lessons to students across various schools in Gloucestershire. You will plan and implement lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for sports. Your role will also involve supporting student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and sports events. What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A PGCE or an accepted UK equivalent. ECTs & NQTs are welcome to apply.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Hays.
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A passion for sports and teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage behaviour and classrooms to create positive learning environments.
