Halcyon are proud to be working alongside a highly regarded, adults learning disabilities provider based in Stroud, that are looking for a strong Deputy manager to join their dedicated team. This family owned organisation is built on strong values that they ensure are apparent throughout all areas of their support services and team members.

They offer both residential and supported living services, enabling adults with a range of complex needs to live as normal a life as possible in the privacy of their own space and secure environment.As the organisation has grown over the last 6-12 months, the need for a strong, confident Deputy Manager has become apparent and they're now looking to take on an individual that shares the same passion and drive for making a difference as they do.

As the Deputy manager, your role will be to support the registered manager of the services, in their day to day duties and also oversee services in their absence.

Therefore, having experience of working in either a Senior or Deputy position previously is essential for this role, as you will be managing the staff team as well as ensuring all CQC requirements and legislations are being met.In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a salary of between £27,000 and £30,000 depending on your experience, as well as a generous benefits package.
