Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for a Head of Income Generation & Commercial Development to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Head of Income Generation & Commercial Development, you will:

  • Lead and develop the charities approach to income generation through commercial development activities, including identifying the strategic direction
  • Promote and expand the charities commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth
  • Attend & contribute to the Senior Leadership Team meeting
  • Lead, inspire, develop and manage the fundraising, marketing and communications teams to enable them to meet their objectives
  • Work closely with the CEO & COO by providing evidence based recommendations to generate additional income
  • Contribute to other areas of the organisational strategy & shaping the future direction of the charity

To be successful as a Head of Income Generation & Commercial Development, you will:

  • Have extensive experience of management at a senior leadership level in an income generation role or demonstrable transferable skills
  • Have a proven track record in generation of income from a variety of sources
  • Be experienced in setting and monitoring income and expenditure budgets
  • Be confident in designing, implementing and evaluating fundraising

In return, my client if offering a salary of £47,380. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
