- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- A recognized qualification as a Teaching Assistant or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Must have prior experience working in the UK education system.
- Strong understanding of the needs of children in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- The ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
