Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Individual Giving Officer to join their team in a newly created role!

As an Individual Giving Officer, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a programme of campaigns to acquire new cash and regular giving donors
  • Contribute to maximising the potential of the fundraising database, segmenting and targeting supporters
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships
  • Develop, implement and monitor direct response campaigns (post, email, phone & digital)
  • Carry out research and maintain awareness of the wider fundraising industry
  • Regularly review communications with supporters and ask for feedback on ways to improve

To be successful as an Individual Giving Officer, you will:

  • Have experience of working as a supporter or in a customer care capacity
  • Hold an excellent knowledge of fundraising regulations
  • Be experienced and have a proven track record in effective communications across a range of channels
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
  • Have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving

In return, my client is offering a salary of £32,300 pro rata. Please note, this is a part-time, permanent position (25 hours a week)
