Sales Negotiator
Location: Ripon
Salary: £27,500 to £29,000 + OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5.30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am – 4pm) with a day off in lieu
We’re recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for a dedicated and driven Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales-motivated, confident in a client-facing role, and enjoys building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Register applicants and their specific property requirements onto the CRM.
- Match buyers to suitable properties and respond to all queries promptly by phone or email, maintaining detailed records.
- Arrange and accompany viewings, ensuring feedback is gathered and shared.
- Arrange valuation appointments and manage all related documentation and diaries.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing updates on property interest and activity.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors.
- Ensure all marketing materials are kept current, including mailing lists and property imagery.
- Progress sales from offer to exchange, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and sellers.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities such as solicitor referrals, premium listings, and canvassing for new instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency is ideal but not essential.
- Sales driven and motivated.
- Proactive and confident in a client-facing role.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
