Location: Ripon

Salary: £27,500 to £29,000 + OTE

We’re recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for a dedicated and driven Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales-motivated, confident in a client-facing role, and enjoys building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Register applicants and their specific property requirements onto the CRM.
  • Match buyers to suitable properties and respond to all queries promptly by phone or email, maintaining detailed records.
  • Arrange and accompany viewings, ensuring feedback is gathered and shared.
  • Arrange valuation appointments and manage all related documentation and diaries.
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing updates on property interest and activity.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are kept current, including mailing lists and property imagery.
  • Progress sales from offer to exchange, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and sellers.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities such as solicitor referrals, premium listings, and canvassing for new instructions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency is ideal but not essential.
  • Sales driven and motivated.
  • Proactive and confident in a client-facing role.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
