Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and social media to generate interest and drive sales of our products.
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM and database systems with accurate and timely information.
Understand and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with customers through transparent and engaging communication.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
Person Specification
Excellent communication skills and a confident approach.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Proactive and prepared to use initiative.
Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with demanding and sometimes challenging customers.
