TSR are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients vibrant team at their head office. Our client is a leading Housebuilder who have established a fantastic reputation in the industry, based in the South Midlands.

The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Sales team, to ensure timely processing of sales and deliver promises. As their Sales Administrator, you will be creating, compiling and distributing documentation in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure sales progress to completion.
As their sales administrator you will be responsible for;
- Providing day-to-day support to customers and the sales team
- Processing reservations and orders
- Ordering upgrades of interiors, soft furnishings and marketing material
- Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns
- Taking customer payments
- Preparing customer accounts
- Handover documents
- Updating and maintaining sales records on COINS
- Assisting customers and colleagues with queries
- Calculating and preparing commission and expenses claims for the sales team
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for the Board and Senior Management

Experience required:
- Strong administration experience
- Experience within an Estate Agency or New Build Housing would be ideal, although not essential.
