Job description
Building surveying, Consulting, contract management, project management, project monitoring, surveying, teamwork, this company are a growing Building Contractor with an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic qualified surveyor. As a surveyor your role will be to work alongside our in-house team in surveying and managing projects. Your main duties will include preparation of insurance reinstatement schedule of works, report writing and project management. You will have the opportunity to Manage Projects from initial inception through project delivery on site. You will have the opportunity to build relationship with multiple within the insurance sector.
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Degree in Building Surveying/BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
Experience in Building Insurance Claim Sector. Preparation of insurance reinstatement cost assessments.
Experience of preparing planned maintenance schedules.
Understanding of health and safety and implications of the CDN Regulations.
Ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.
To build and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments.
Confidence in client-facing role
UK driving licence is essential.
AutoCad knowledge favourable
