Contracts Manager Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of multiple residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of multiple sites at different stages and locations.
- Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of residential contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional service.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and legal regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
