- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborating with the team to optimise machining processes
- Strong experience in CNC turning with Fanuc or Mazatrol programming
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
- Background in precision engineering or manufacturing
- Comfortable working with a wide range of materials
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Up to £24 per hour, based on experience
