We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-driven and experienced Bookkeeper and Finance Administrator to in-house our global finance administration and support the development of financial processes to provide a first-class customer service.

Working at our Sturminster Newton office from Monday to Thursday, the role offers flexible working patterns and the chance to help support the growth of an international business.

Opportunities for further training and career development are also available dependent upon the candidate.

Bookkeeper and Finance Administrator - Required Experience and Skills
  • A minimum of five years bookkeeping experience, preferably within international / export business
  • Experience of the Microsoft/Adobe suites of software
  • Experience of SAP B1 or equivalent is desirable (although system training will be given)
  • Excellent written communication is essential and is the primary means of managing our global audience
  • Organisational and scheduling skills are essential
The Role of Bookkeeper and Finance Administrator
  • Perform all Bookkeeping duties in accordance with best practice and company work instructions to ensure customer and supplier accounts are managed within agreed terms, acting to rectify where necessary, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met
  • Cooperation with the company Chartered Account in matters such as Payroll, VAT and best practise
  • Support the maintenance of cashflow reporting and forecasting
  • Input to management reports, sales forecasts, budgeting, and business planning
