Finance Manager

Location: Diss (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45-55k + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial operations of a growing business based in Diss. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company offering hybrid working, where you can make a real difference.

The Role:

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business by managing all aspects of finance, including:

Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust controls and efficient processes.
Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Managing statutory accounts, VAT, PAYE, and other tax compliance requirements.
Leading and developing a small finance team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
Providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Managing cash flow, working capital, and liaising with external auditors and stakeholders.

About You:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with solid experience in a similar role.
Strong financial reporting and compliance experience with a hands-on approach.
A commercially minded finance leader who can support senior stakeholders with key insights.
Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
Proficient in financial systems and Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
