Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9.00 am -5.00 pm

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join the friendly team on a full-time, office-based basis for a company in Sudbury. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales function by ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of customer orders, payments, and documentation. As the first point of contact for administrative sales support, you will need a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correctly captured and logged
  • Send client vouchers and booking confirmations in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare confirmation letters and associated documentation for all bookings
  • Take payments and deposits over the phone or in person, adhering to company procedures
  • Cross-check client files and invoices to ensure all transactions are complete and accurately processed
  • Keep all customer and sales files updated, well-organised, and compliant with internal processes
  • Issue final payment reminders to clients ahead of deadlines, maintaining a positive tone and customer service focus
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, assisting with ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and data entry
  • Liaise with internal departments as needed to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in working with numbers and documents
  • Professional and friendly communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM or order processing systems
  • A team player who is happy to get involved and support wherever needed
