Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation based in Sudbury, looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join its team. You will be responsible for supporting the administration team in the smooth running of the service department.Duties include:*Day ticket raising *Answering the telephone*Liaising the customers and technicians*Resolving incoming queries *Record keeping and updating*Conducting area checks with technicians *Assisting with any other functions as needed*Answer calls and respond to enquiries *Attend job-related training *Provide assistance in terms of general business supportHours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm
