A permanent HGV Class 2 Driver position is available with a warehousing client in Acton, Suffolk.
The role offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, and requires at least 2 years of HGV 2 driving experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with no evenings, overnights, or weekends involved.
Responsibilities include driving HGV 2 lorries, ensuring timely deliveries, vehicle inspections, and assisting with cargo loading and unloading.
Candidates must have valid driver cards and HGV licenses, and be able to reliably commute to the warehouse located outside of Sudbury.

Responsibilities

Drive HGV 2 lorries to transport goods and materials to various locations
Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in compliance with traffic laws
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns before and after each trip
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed

Requirements:

At least 2 years HGV 2 experience for insurance purposes
Valid driver cards and HGV Licences
Able to commute reliably to warehouse outside of Sudbury (remote location)
