Customer Service Agent Our client is a leading installation company dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality outdoor structures to customers. The team takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences, from initial inquiries to post-installation support.

They are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join the team in Sudbury. The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job details.
  • Provide aftercare support and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Process orders and provide customers with updates on their installations.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
