They are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join the team in Sudbury. The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job details.
- Provide aftercare support and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Process orders and provide customers with updates on their installations.
- Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
