- Training new and existing customers to use the Laboratory equipment and software
- Responsible for on-site maintenance, repairs, replacements and upgrades
- Obtain customer feedback after job completion and gather information when discussing applications
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
- Responsible for creation of technical bulletins and guides
- Oversea Conferences to talk to potential new clients about the devices capabilities.
- Relevant Certification will be awarded after training is completed
- Desirable 2 years’ experience in a laboratory service or installation-based role
- NVQ Level 3 or Higher Diploma/Degree in engineering or chemical engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident to work with minimal supervision after training
- Previous experience of working overseas desirable
- Experience of working within a scientific/laboratory-based environment- desirable
