Your new companyWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a global manufacturer based near Sudbury. You will be actively involved in ensuring timely resolution of production breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating on improvement projects. You will help maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.Your new roleOn joining the Engineering team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving production breakdowns, both electrical and mechanical, perform predictive and preventive maintenance and calibration tasks, ensuring schedule compliance and maintenance of records in the CMMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and improvement projects. You will provide training to the operations team on performing minor maintenance tasks.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a background in electrical or electronic engineering, within a maintenance environment, experience in developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs and experience in administering CMMS software for efficient maintenance management. The ability to interpret PLC code and effectively diagnose and resolve faults in automated systems.
