Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation, looking to add a 'Production and Dispatch Operative' on a full time, perm basis.This role is an addition to the long serving team - they are looking for a candidate that can grow and develop with the business and stay for the long term - building a successful career.Full training will be provided and this role would suit someone wanting to start a career in manufacturing or production. Key duties include:Cutting and dispatching all manufactured products as requiredLearning to use CNC machines and manual pressesPrepping materials; operating machinery; inspecting parts to drawings (ensuring parts are made to spec and within tolerances); completing and updating job sheets; booking parts into stock; completing and dispatching sales orders; booking consignments onto couriers; stock/warehouse duties; maintaining and cleaning production areas.Candidate RequirementsYou will need to be practically minded, have great attention to details and a grasp of numbers and Math's andBe able to use your own initiative. You would need to be able to work competently on your own and as part of the team! Candidate needs to be willing to operate a forklift (company will pay for full training).
