Eden Recruitment Solutions T/A Just Temps are currently seeking Forklift Drivers for our client based in Sudbury, SuffolkSalary: £15.95 per hourLocation: Sudbury, SuffolkShift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)*Day Shifts: 6am - 6pm (2 days)*Night Shifts: 6pm - 6am (2 nights)Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our clients team in Sudbury, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within our clients site, following a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. You will work two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts.Key Responsibilities:*Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift in compliance with site procedures and health and safety regulations.*Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse as required.*Ensure all loads are secured and stored correctly.*Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues or defects.*Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.Requirements:*Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence (valid and up-to-date).*Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced environment.*Ability to work both day and night shifts as per the rotating pattern.*Willingness to complete a mandatory induction prior to starting.Benefits:*Competitive pay rate of £15.95 per hour.*Consistent 4 on, 4 off shift pattern providing work-life balance.*Opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment.If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a new opportunity as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Sudbury, Suffolk, we would love to hear from you.
