As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and operational support on behalf of our client's logistics customers.
Working in a small office team of two, you will also be part of the wider warehouse team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Handle customer queries.
- Managing stock availability
- Process orders accurately using our client's Warehouse Management System.
- Provide customers with comprehensive information about our client's full range of products.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient task coordination.
- Schedule stock from suppliers and confirm receipt.
- Arrange dispatch details for outgoing stock.
- Coordinate pick requirements.
- Coordinate customer orders for dispatch.
- Offer advice and recommendations based on customer's unique situations.
- Provide scheduling and planning information for rework requests.
- Assist with the production of delivery paperwork and product labelling requirements.

Basic MS Office skills are required and all inhouse systems will be shown and you will receive training on this.
Hours: 09:30 - 18:00 - Monday to Friday
