In this role, you will take ownership of engineering operations, managing design workflows, project timelines, and compliance requirements. This role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar with a background in end to end project management looking for an autonomous role where they can successfully contribute to high end engineering projects.
The Role
- Oversee engineering operations from concept to completion
- Manage a team of engineers, driving efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver bespoke solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Optimise manufacturing processes and project workflows
- Monday to Friday 9-5

- Engineering Manager or similar
- Background in structural/architectural metalwork or steel fabrication
- Commutable to Sudbury
