The Role

The firm is looking for a skilled payroll professional to join their team. Depending on experience, this role could range from payroll processing to a managerial position overseeing the payroll function.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and processing payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Preparing payroll documentation, including payslips, P45s, and P60s
  • Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) reports to HMRC
  • Handling tax code changes and statutory leave/pay processing
  • Ensuring compliance with tax, NI, and pension contributions
  • Supporting clients with payroll queries and building strong relationships
  • Overseeing and improving payroll processes (for managerial candidates)
  • Managing and mentoring payroll team members (for managerial candidates)
