  • Utilise project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) appropriate to the specific needs of each project and ensure consistent application.
  1. Resource & Capacity Management
  • Develop tools and processes for work estimation, effort recording, and demand vs. capacity planning.
  • Prioritise activities and allocate resources efficiently to optimise project timelines and budgets.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and the leadership team, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Serve as a credible technical representative with engineering teams, working effectively across disciplines (software, hardware, mechanical).

  • Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption and smooth project delivery.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards, technical specifications, and client requirements.
  1. Communication & Reporting
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Possess credibility when sitting with software, electronic hardware, mechanical & design engineers.
