An exceptional secondary school in Sudbury, Suffolk, is collaborating with academics to find a part-time Maths Teacher to join their team after the February half term. This long-term position will run until July 2025. The school is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Maths Teacher with strong subject knowledge. The ideal candidate will inspire and challenge students, helping them reach their full potential in mathematics.
The school would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECT's.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Part-time Maths Teacher in Sudbury
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across Key stage 3 and 4 that foster a love for mathematics.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
