My client is an independent insurance intermediary, looking for a Debt and Cancellation Agent to join the team.
We offer customers a personal approach and treat each customers as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.
We want to grow revenues and profitability over the medium to long term, this is an exciting time to be part of the journey.
Debt Recovery & Cancellation Agent - This role will include shift work between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm Saturday (1 in 3).
The Role
Key Skills and role requirements
- Maintaining client finance agreements
- Dealing with internal/external telephone communications within FCA guidelines
- Pursuing unpaid balances
- Responsible for transferring customer Data securely to the external debt recovery agency
- Responsible for liaising with customers regarding cancellation of policies with the view of retaining the business.
- Be confident in speaking to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
