- To raise sales invoices throughout the month
- Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and Invoicing two of our key accounts - both portal customers
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Requesting of purchase orders where required
- Liaising with other departments in the office
- Issuing of manual invoices if required
- Uploading of invoices onto customer portals (Coupa, Tungsten, Tradeshift, Service Channel)
- Issuing of credit notes when required
What you'll need to succeedYou'll have 6 months + experience in a finance function or a 1st, 2nd jobber in a similar role. You will have good excel and admin skills. You will ideally be a local candidate, not more than 45 mins travel away from the Sunbury area. What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent job paying up to £27K + benefits. The role is also hybrid, with work one day from home per week. This role also offers progression and development for the right candidate.
