Key duties and responsibilities• Assist with the yearly audit• Monitoring of invoice capture and recording, identifying and dealing with invoices.• Monitor emails and phone calls and respond in a timely manner• Supplier ledger, expenses and timesheets• Matching purchase orders to supplier invoices.• Reconciling supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger.• Preparing payments to suppliers, including payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed payment terms.• Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward.• Other duties as assigned.
