Main Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant

  • Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions.
  • Sales: Promoting and selling products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • MUST BE - Experienced at consultative sales and delivering first-class customer service.
  • Self-motivated, self-starting and hard working.
  • Competent with MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bright, positive and enthusiastic.
  • Literate and numerate.
  • Experience working in sales for a self-storage company
