Lab & Test Technician – Electronics / Instrumentation – Lab Maintenance / RA & COSHH – Environmental Testing – Surrey – Renewable energy Industry.
A Lab and Test Technician with hands-on laboratory experience ideally gained within an Electrical / Electronic Engineering environment and with exposure to Environmental Test equipment will join an exciting Technology Company working in the Sustainability sector.
You will bring a solid understanding of Risk Assessment & COSHH, familiarity with 5S methodology to promote adherence within the labs and will undertake testing and analysis as well as supporting product design and development lifecycles with guidance on test methodologies.
Key skills and experience for the Lab & Test Technician should include:
- A minimum of an HND in Electronics or similar Engineering / Scientific field.
- Hands-on Laboratory experience or skills gained within a research or industrial environment in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Environmental Testing.
- Knowledge of electronics and instrumentation related to sensor performance.
- Python scripting.
- Knowledge of Environmental Testing equipment.
- Strong awareness of Risk Assessment and COSHH requirements.
