Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical units based on technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Manufacturing Manuals (CMMs). You will also inspect, test, upgrade, and repair assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements, and maintain the equipment used in the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small electro-mechanical components following technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as torque drivers, micrometers, and verniers.
- Perform assembly operations including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing, and lubrication.
- Connect cables and wires in accordance with technical specifications.
- Conduct tests and inspections to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve any product issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
- Previous experience in assembling components such as fans, motors, and heaters.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly is desirable.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of small assembly tools and equipment.
- Fine soldering skills for small components.
- Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
- Must be able to provide a 3-year employment history.
- CRB check and address verification required.
