Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
  • Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
  • Gather sufficient information to identify customer’s needs
  • Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads
  • Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner

What are we looking for:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
