Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance and have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, with the ability to provide a 3-year employment history.

Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled Coil Winders to join a leading and well-established manufacturer based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned for producing high-quality components and precision engineering. As a Coil Winder, you will be an integral part of the electro-mechanical assembly team, ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for tasks such as coil winding, stack forming, insulation, and handling components, as well as performing necessary soldering and brazing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform coil winding with high precision and attention to detail
  • Form and insulate stacks according to technical specifications
  • Load coils onto assemblies
  • Carry out soldering and brazing tasks as required
  • Use various hand tools to complete delicate assembly tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in assembling small components in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Coil winding experience is desirable but not essential
  • Competence in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, and other precision instruments
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a hands-on environment
