Sales Applications Engineer - Electronic Hardware / Control Systems - Surrey. Degree qualified Sales Applications Engineer with good technical knowledge (Electronics and Industrial Control Systems or similar) and with experience of sales or application support within a High-Tech manufacturing environment, will join an exciting Company working in the Wind Energy sector.

As a key member of the Sales Team, the Sales Applications Engineer will:
- Provide expert technical support to customers, understanding their needs and helping them to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct demonstrations and training.
- Work with product development teams to suggest improvements or new features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Support the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
The Sales Applications Engineer should possess the following:
- Minimum of BEng in Electronic Engineering or similar technical subject.
- Experience working in a Sales Support or Applications Support role within a High-Tech International customer facing environment.
- Knowledge of Electronic Hardware and Software and ideally exposure to Industrial Control Systems.
- Knowledge of sensor interfacing and digital and analogue communication systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must be willing and able to travel for 10-20% of the time to Customer sites and to attend trade shows and exhibitions.
