HR Advisor
We are working with a leading international petrochemical company who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work in their Shared Services team supporting employees and managers. You’ll be a first point of contact for HR queries and advise on policy and process.
On a day to day basis you’ll be involved with:
- Supporting queries from employees and line managers for events such as reward, time and attendance, employee relations etc.
- Promoting the use of the self-service system
- Supporting new joiners, movers and leavers
- Assisting and investigating any technical queries
- Evaluating and proving regular updates on high risk cases
- Overall providing first stage HR advice.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with experience of providing HR support and advice within a high volume environment, and if you’ve worked in a shared service team before that’s even better. With this you’ll need experience of dealing with ER cases and be a HR generalist.
This contract starts ASAP and runs through to the end of May 2025. Hybrid working is available with three days in the office (Sunbury) and two remote. This post offers an hourly rate of £18.03 (£15.53 plus holiday pay of £2.50) working PAYE. FCSA Umbrella company - £22.00ph.Â
