We are looking for an Machine Shop Team Leader to join the team on site, full time.

If you have experience in an electromechanical assembly environment within the manufacturing sector and have and have successfully managed and trained a team of assembly technicians the role of Machine Shop Team Leader could be an opportunity to grow your career with in this very well-established firm.
The role of Machine Shop Team Leader will be responsible for the following areas:
- To manage and motivate production operatives
- Record, monitor and advise on production performance as part of the QCD metrics
- Monitor actual performance against standard cycle times
- Set and monitor KPI's on shop floor
- The role requires the use and set up of the following machines:

- Cylindrical grinding
- Surface grinding
- Bore grinding
- Milling
- Linishing
- Fettling
- Ultrasonic cleaning
