Salary: Competitive + Overtime (1.5x, 2x Sundays)

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply specialised coatings to assemblies and components
- Wet spraying, epoxy materials, dry powder coating, and impregnation
- Use Alocrom brush processes and silicon spray coatings
- Conduct insulation testing, DC resistance, inductance measurements
- Perform visual inspections before and after coating
- Rectify minor defects and assist with performance monitoring
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Skilled in coating techniques like spraying or impregnation
- Able to follow instructions and work with small parts using optical aids
- Awareness of CAA/FAA regulations and MRP principles
