Role Summary:
We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team, responsible for the assembly of fans and heaters in line with engineering specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet the required quality standards while maintaining efficient assembly practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble fans and heaters as per detailed technical drawings and SOPs.

  • Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.

  • Conduct quality checks and testing on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company procedures throughout the assembly process.

  • Engage in ongoing training, 5S activities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and SOPs accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity.

  • Experience in both small and large system assembly using hand tools.

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Familiarity with assembly tools and soldering techniques.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in the aerospace or military sectors would be an advantage.

  • Understanding of traceability, FOD, and PUWER regulations.

  • Basic IT skills, with an awareness of 6S principles.
