Are you an experienced Production Assembler looking for an opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team, assembling high-quality mechanical and electrical products to precise technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build mechanical and electrical assemblies following technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
  • Upgrade and repair mechanical and electrical assemblies as needed.
  • Perform mechanical assembly work, including working with fans, motors, and heaters.
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment such as torque drivers, crimping tools, micrometers, and verniers.
  • Solder small components and conduct mechanical and electrical testing, including flash, resistance, and inductance tests.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to manufacturing procedures.
  • Complete all relevant documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and visitors as required.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and use PPE where required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Production Assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
  • Skilled in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, tweezers, screwdrivers, and Swiss files.
  • Experience with machine operations, including lathes and drills (brazing experience is desirable).
  • Strong soldering skills and experience assembling small components.
  • Excellent attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to work to tight tolerances.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
