What You'll Be Doing:
- Reporting daily spend and service performance to the General Manager, using contract performance reports to guide decisions.
- Managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs, specifically within a courier or same-day delivery environment.
- Manage and oversee the successful delivery of a large logistics contract.
- Lead and support site managers, driving high standards across operations and customer service.
- Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract-related matters.
- Analyse contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the contract aligns with the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

- Proven experience in managing contracts within the logistics sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive profit opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in leading and motivating site managers to maintain high standards.
