Day-to-day of the role:- Conducting thorough vetting and compliance checks to ensure all new hires meet company and legal standards.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and coordinating orientation programs.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and handling confidential information.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and providing assistance as needed.
- Maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with vetting, compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
