Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Coil Assembly Technician to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company renowned for its high-quality components and precision engineering.

As a Precision Coil Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring each task is completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coil winding, forming, insulating stacks, loading coils, and performing soldering and brazing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform coil winding with precision and accuracy

  • Form and insulate stacks following detailed specifications

  • Load coils onto assemblies

  • Conduct soldering and brazing as required

  • Utilize small tools to complete delicate assembly tasks with precision

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in assembling small components in a manufacturing or engineering environment

  • Coil winding experience is an advantage, but not essential

  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, standard pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, and other precision instruments

  • Excellent attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on role
