Key Stage 2 Classroom Teacher - Sunbury-On-Thames, Surrey, England
Are you an experienced primary teacher looking for an exciting new role January? Then you're in the right place! Quantum Scholars are currently hiring on behalf of a primary school in Surrey who are looking for a Key Stage 2 Classroom Teacher (exact Year group to be confimred soon).
This is a permanent position starting in Janaury 2025. The ideal applicant must have experience teaching around ages 7 - 11 in a classroom setting and hold a certified teaching qualification.
Right to work in the UK is essential for this role.The school is situated in a very desirable town near Sunbury-On-Thames, in the home county of Surrey. It is located within a short walking distance from a train station and also offers free onsite parking.
As a classroom teacher you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Lesson planning and preparation
- Checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- Attending parents' evenings
- Creating learning resources
- Assessing student progress
- Supporting with extracurricular activities when needed
- Following and implementing an approved learning framework
