Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking to join a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to ensure our high standards are met in line with AS9100 and EASA Part 21 regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced inspection equipment, including CMM, and play a key part in maintaining product integrity and compliance.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical inspections of piece parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies using hand measuring tools and CMM.
  • Act as a Designated Quality Representative (DQR) for product release.
  • Certify civil aerospace products for release and verify supplier FAIRs.
  • Compile FAIRs to AS9102 for internal products and oversee supplier inspection plans.
  • Maintain and improve calibration systems and coordinate mechanical & electrical calibration.
  • Generate detailed NCRs on non-conforming products and liaise with internal departments.
  • Support customer site visits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

  
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of FAIRs to AS9102 and hands-on experience with mechanical measuring equipment.
  • Proficiency in using CNC CMM (CE Johansson experience desirable).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
