?KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an excellent client based in Sunderland. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will have experience in a similar role, ideally had exposure to Sage and a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Weekly and monthly payroll, checking timesheets, processing and reconciling
- Reconciling bank
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Accrual and prepayment
- Completing month end activities
- Preparing and posting journals
- Bank transfers
- Controlling and processing supplier payments
- Processing customers refunds and supplier payments
- Job costings
- Process improvement
- Maintaining accurate customer data base
