Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator seeking an exciting temporary opportunity? Our client is seeking a proactive Administrator to support their thriving team. If you have a knack for organisation and managing systems , this could be the role for you!

Position Details:

  • Role: Temporary Administrator (Temporary, 6 months)
  • Salary: £12+
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 4.30 PM, Monday to Thursday. 8.30-3.30 Friday
  • Location: Sunderland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update systems and generate reports via COINS (training provided)
  • Assist CSCs in scheduling contractor appointments
  • Manage email queues, assign tasks to CSCs, and handle email responses
  • Add and update appointments in the system
  • Maintain and update the job reporting spreadsheet
  • Liaise with contractors (no direct customer interaction)

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in a administrative role is advantageous.
