Role overview:

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our target audience. Your duties will include reaching out to potential customers via both outbound and inbound calls, showcasing our products/services, and assisting them in taking the next steps.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team members and management to enhance performance and reach shared goals.
  • Apply sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by identifying their needs through effective questioning.
  • Address objections and customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs.

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound telesales and the energy industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
